| A : | It's depending on scale of the project. Usually we can finish one project in 2 - 5 working days or less. |

| A : | Our working days on Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. |
| Q : | What's the order process? |
| A : | You must do these steps:
1. Choose your desire package HERE, and pay using PAYPAL. 2. After you send the payment, you must send me your requirment design and detail to my email with this CONTACT FORM. 3. After I receive your message, I will process your requirement design. 4. If I have other question, I will send a message to your email. 5. After your design finish, I will send some design draft to your email. 6. After you accept that, I will send the complete design to your email. |
| Q : | What happen if I don't like your design? |
| A : | When I send you a draft design, you can tell me which part you don't like. I will change until you agree with the draft design. Once you've approved the draft design, then that design is final and major changes are not allowed. |
